You can follow us at @troop755 for the latest breaking news and events involving Troop 755 and the Boy Scout world.  The objective of this effort is to have fun and to provide interested troop members with what is going on in the scouting world around us.  This is not an official channel of communication and will not replace e-mails and the Troop website as your official source of information for Troop 755.  But if you are interested in the scouting movement outside the scope of "our little troop in Northville" ... then this might be something for you.

There are still open spots for our mid-level adventure trip scheduled for June 2012.  Check it out on the High Adventure page -- your home to all things High Adventure within Troop 755.  Simply click on White Water West Virginia W3V when you get there.  Reservations are presently being taken for this awesome trip.

Lifesaving Merit Badge class is starting Thursday January 12 and running for seven weeks through February 23.  The class starts at 5:30 PM each evening and wraps up at 7:30 PM.  The cost is $105 for Northville residents and you can register by going to Northville Parks & Recreation website. This class is targeted for second year and older scouts who have not completed the Lifesaving Merit Badge which is required for the rank of Eagle.

Troop 755 is pleased to announce a new feature on the troop website called "Calendar Sync".  This features allows you to automatically synchronize the Troop's calendar to your personal calendars that you use every day.  Virtually all devices are supported including iPhone, iPod, iPad, Android phones, and Windows 7 phones; as well as the following calendar programs:   Apple Macintosh iCal, Outlook 2007/2010, Yahoo! Calendar, Google Calendar, Windows Live!, and Hotmail.

Please note that the date of the February campout has changed from what was posted earlier this year.  The campout will take place on March 3-4 and not in February as previously posted.  Online registration is open and of course you can always register in person on Monday nights at the Troop 755 Service Desk.  THIS CAMPOUT REQUIRES AN EXTRA PERMISSION FORM.
